Cartwheel Management Recruitment was set up with a primary aim to deliver a first class, value-added recruitment service to clients within catering, hospitality and facilities management throughout the Midlands and the North of England. 

There was a view that the main quality recruitment companies who ‘specialised’ in management level recruitment for the catering and hospitality industry were all London based and did not have a strong understanding of the network or cultural needs outside of London. Aside from one or two recruitment companies who had a comparatively small presence, the only other options were the large high street companies. 

Cartwheel Management Recruitment was established, with the aim of building a recruitment company who would have a strong working knowledge of the North of England,  Midlands and the Home Counties. The vision was, and still is, to become the ‘recruitment company of choice for all catering, hospitality and facilities management vacancies from unit to board level outside of Central London’. 

However, since conception, Cartwheel have expanded their network and now work with clients throughout the UK, many of which are on a preferred supplier basis.
