PA to the MD / Office Administrator

Permanent full-time position
Based in the Nottingham office
£16,000 - £18,000 plus a performance related bonus


The Company

Cartwheel Recruitment is a privately owned UK-wide company with our Head Office based in Nottingham. We focus on management level recruitment for the catering, hospitality and facilities management market. We have developed a strong reputation for delivering for our clients and are now looking for someone to support the team in continuing to do so.

The Role / Person Specification

We are looking for an energetic individual who is polished, organised and detailed. You will be a real team player, who demonstrates natural confidence with people and a high work output. Previous experience or knowledge of the catering and hospitality industry would be advantageous, but not essential.

You will take responsibility for the following areas:

  • PA duties for the Managing Director
  • Handling incoming client and candidate telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date client and candidate records on the central online database
  • Office management tasks (petty cash, stationery ordering, accounts admin support, debt chasing, client invoicing, filing)
  • Supporting the team with candidate searches against client’s recruitment criteria
  • Updating job adverts on various online job boards, advert response handing
  • General office management duties
  • Updating social media communication

From time to time there will be other projects, such as; client or candidate surveys, mailshots and statistical analysis reports.
