Our aim is to add value from a candidate perspective as well as from a client perspective. We hope that our candidates will positively recommend Cartwheel if they have received good service.

Interview Process
This takes around one hour per candidate and this is carried out face to face either in our offices or at a convenient venue. If we are unable to meet a candidate due to geography, we would conduct a one hour skype interview.
During this time we look to ascertain; your skills, abilities, reasons for moves, working strengths and weaknesses, key achievements, what drives you and your management style. During this meeting we are also able to gain a feel for the ideal cultural fit and what style of organisation you would best suit.
CV writing and interview preparation
Often candidates need assistance with compiling their CV or preparing themselves for an interview, especially if you have not been through this process for some years.
We offer a number of useful and helpful tips and advice on both writing a CV and preparing for an interview, which can be accessed via the various downloads below, or via arranging a one to one session with one of our consultants, who will offer guidance and coaching where necessary.
