Contingency Search is very much about no win/no fee.
This method is generally adopted for roles at middle to junior management level whereby a relatively quick turnaround is required.
Once the job brief is obtained the team at Cartwheel would efficiently commence the following approached:
- Advertising in order to attract and keep in touch with the active candidate market, we would advertise the vacancy via a number of online job boards
- Social Media – we would use various mediums to further market the vacancy to both active and passive candidates
- Searching – with an extensive and growing database of candidates, a detailed search would be conducted to identify passive candidates
- Networking – we are constantly networking and building upon our connections in order to deliver upon contingent vacancies
We offer a priority service to clients who wish to solely retain Cartwheel to deliver upon their vacancy.
This approach uses a combination of Executive Search and Contingency Search methods.
By paying a small retainer, usually a percentage of the estimated contingency fee in advance of the search, we are able to offer a more competitive rate and will prioritise this vacancy above other contingency work.
This method delivers greater results as it creates commitment on both sides.
