Executive Search is a very bespoke approach and is the most successful route when seeking to appoint at a senior/board level or when targeting candidates with specialist skills.
We understand the importance of identifying and attracting the best the marketplace has to offer as this process can be costly, however a highly credible candidate will more than deliver a return on this investment.
There are a number of key stages to any executive search process:
- Obtaining a detailed brief
- Conducting the market research
- Pre-screening interviews and short listing
- Presenting the final recommendations
Once a full brief has been taken; including job description, person specification and ideal cultural fit, each search would commence with a blank sheet of paper.
The market research would then begin with a comprehensive list drawn up of appropriate target companies whereby the ideal talent could be found. Where necessary we would seek to obtain organisational structures and proceed with discreetly approaching suitable candidates.
All initial candidate pre-screening interviews would be conducted face to face using competency based interviewing techniques, obtaining performance evidence and examples.
We would then seek to short list no more than 3-5 candidates to present, working closing with our client to manage the full recruitment process through to appointment.
