Hannah Horler - Managing Director

Hannah (formerly Hannah Bailey) set up Cartwheel in January 2007. Hannah has over 13 years of experience within recruitment having spent 6 years in temporary recruitment in London and the latter 7 years working for Chess Partnership. As a Board Director for Chess, Hannah opened and managed their Midlands, North West and Scotland offices. Prior to recruitment, Hannah has an operational background, working within hotels in food and beverage management roles.

In 2001 Hannah won the Caterer & Hotelkeeper's Acorn Award and maintains strong links via her involvement within the Oak Club committee.

Claire Philpott - Client Services Director

Claire (formerly Claire Christopher) joined Cartwheel in February 2007 to focus on Contract Catering, Hotels and Leisure. Claire is an experienced recruiter having spent around 2 years in temporary recruitment in Jersey and 3 years in management recruitment within the UK. Claire has held various operational roles within Hotels and brings with her 5 years recruitment, advertising and account management experience, enabling her to support clients with effective recruitment strategies.

Sarah Isaacs - Client Services Manager

Sarah joined Cartwheel in March 2007 to focus on Restaurant, Bar and Retail Catering Recruitment. Sarah is an experienced recruiter having spent the last 3 years in management recruitment, working on behalf of many of the leading high street restaurant and bar operators. Sarah's early career spans night clubs, gastro pubs and retail catering.

Daniel Cramp - Client Services Manager

Dan joined Cartwheel in November 2007 to specialise in the contract catering and leisure sector. With over ten years working in food and beverage management roles for Walt Disney World, Segafredo’s and The FatCat Group, which took him from London to Miami, he now finds himself settled in the Midlands. Dan’s people and customer service skills, along with his huge passion for the catering industry will aid his success within Cartwheel whilst meeting his client’s needs.

Abigail Herbert - Client Services Coordinator

Abi joined Cartwheel in January 2008 to work with Sarah on the Bars, Restaurants and Retail side of the business. After graduating she worked in fashion retail management before moving into recruitment within the IT industry. She hopes to utilise her knowledge of recruitment, customer service skills and passion for eating out to become a successful member of the Cartwheel team.
