Seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join a unique five star hotel in the heart of the highlands, Scotland. This luxury hotel is part of a global portfolio of hotels who are dynamic and innovative. You will be working with a newly appointed General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager who are forward thinking and pursue excellence.
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead from the front, drive forward an unforgettable guest journey, inspire and motivate the team to succeed in everything they do. You will have strong supervisory skills, be really hands on and be able to support the Food and Beverage Manager.
The hotel has a 3AA Rosette restaurant, brasserie and lounge bar. Alfresco dining overlooking breath-taking surroundings. The food is truly fantastic with a fantastic team of chefs. The role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will suit someone from either a hotel or a restaurant background.
Accommodation is available at £9.60 per day for live in. There is also a shuttle bus provided for staff from Perth to the hotel every day. Basic salary circa £35,000 plus trunk split of a minimum of £1,500 per year and benefits.
