Contracts Area Manager- Contract Catering
* £55,000 to £58,000

Company Information- We are currently working with a specialist contract caterer whom has multi sector experience, which must include education the ideal contracts Area Manager will be based within 50 mile radius of West Sussex and come from a contract Caterering background for the last five years.

Working for this Contract caterer whom is not only be established in the Industry but also requiring a Contracts Area Manager due to growth of Business and key client retention requirements.

Duties for Contracts Area Manager – Overseeing and managing up to 32 contracts within various sectors across the growing patch.
With the assistance of the support team of four, including 2 AM’s and 1support chef.

You will be working closely with each site and their clients ensuring food, service and general site accounts are hitting the mark and delivering for both the customer base/ pupils and the clients alike, whilst constantly focusing on retention of new and exsisiting business.

Contracts Area Manager other duties include
·Ensuring that all financial targets are met and exceeded with regards to revenue and profit
·Team management and development.
Client relations and contract retention
·Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Licensing and Food Handling and ensure that yourself and all members of the team are aware of and working in accordance with these requirements
·Active role in sales tender proposals and presentations including supporting the sales process and contract negotiations

* Develop food standards and initiatives to deliver on going food innovation
* Mobilisation of new business in line with the planned timetable
* Compiling budget in line with each site requirement.

The ideal Contracts Area Manager-
* Previous background in education and B&I catering sectors
* A customer/ client focused approach
* True Foodie/passionate about food and service
* Team building and motivational skills
* Essential to have a full driving licence
* Clear DBS background and check required, due to nature of the contracts and safe guarding needs.
