Seeking an Events Coordinator to join an award winning contract caterer who are the sole caterer for a large events venue in London.
Basic salary £28,000 plus 23 annual days off work plus bank holidays plus your birthday off work! Perks at Work, Medicash healthcare, pension, meal on duty.
As one of the Event Coordinators, you will buddy up with a Senior Event Planner who will gradually expose you to the larger more complex events. Supporting the Senior Event Planner in arranging and confirming the different aspects of the catering requirements over the duration of the event. These events will be high spend events and can be over several days with multiple catering requirements. You will also manage the smaller meetings and events for up to 200 people confirming and upselling all of the catering options and day delegate packages.
The role of Events Coordinator is ideal for someone who is currently a Sales and Events Coordinator in a hotel, venue or restaurant group. You will have passion for the events industry and a love for food and drink.
You will be joining a dynamic large team who are supportive and will develop you in the world of planning large-scale events. There are many training and development opportunities available and the company will support you with any further education and qualifications.
