Executive Head Chef,£55k -£60k + overtime.
Our client is currently looking for a Executive Head Chef within one of the most prestigious and brand new buildings run by a national contract catering company, based 5 minutes walk from London Victoria.
This role of Executive Head Chef is mainly working Monday to Friday straight shifts, maybe one in four weekends . Our client is a very well respected and recognised contract catering company. They are passionate about what they do and have a reputation for investing in their people.
The Executive Head Chef will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm. Overseeing the staff restaurant using fresh locally sourced ingredients. and also with banqueting events within a team of 10 chefs and a 180 plated cover service max.

*Ideally qualified to NVQ level 1 and 2 in Professional cookery
*Someone with an eye for to detail
*Knowledgeable and compliant with latest legislation on Health & Safety
*Required to clear a DBS check (data barring service – previously CRB check)
