General Manager – Commercial Operation
Salary Range: £65,000 – £75,000
This high profile contract is seeking a commercially experienced General Manager to strategically work within this client facing site- it doesn’t get any better than this by way of requirements and expectations from all 15 of the onsite business partners.
As General Manager you will be responsible for the management of all things hospitality from new projects to day to day efficiency of this £12m TO operation.
You will be impeccably dressed and have a real presence about you as well as similar and relative experience previously within your background.
- General Manager of large High profile Headquarters
- Annual turnover of £10/12m inc £2m in project work
- Managing a team of x100
- Direct reports of x8 Senior Management
- Employee Dining – Main Restaurant, x7 Coffee Outlets, x1 Café
- Hospitality – Fine Dining, Conferencing & Banqueting, Events, Meeting Room Hospitality, Concierge Style Service – Exec Floors
- Site is a flagship location within Banks global account and high end Contract Caterer
- Fully commercial operation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a General Manager role of <£5m turnover or multi-site management
- Minimum of Three years’ experience of Contract Caterer ideally at General Manager level
- The candidate must have excellence communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- The candidate must have strong commercial acumen
- A demonstrated ability to manage a large team <x40 employees
- They must demonstrate leadership capabilities and hold presence in a room
