We are currently looking for a head chef to lead the kitchen at a very prestigious Independent school whilst working alongside the general manager in this stunning independant school in Surrey.
For the head chef your hours are predominately Monday to Friday, but will include working the odd weekend. Shifts are 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm shifts.
however the operation may require you to work the odd weekend so some flexibility is required to meet the business requirements.
The school is a :
7-day boarding school across breakfast, lunch and dinner with minimal hospitality. Summer Lets around x 150 students.
* Catering Team of 11
* 300-day students, 130 boarders aged 11-18, plus 100 school staff.
* 40 hours per week, 20 days plus bank holidays annual leave.
