Our client is currently looking for a head chef within this very prestigious Attraction & Events Venue.
This role is working 5 days out of 7. with overtime available and the SOME weekends off. The contract is a multi-outlet venue with onsite catering outlets, hospitality and ticketed events . This includes day visitor restaurant, evening restaurant, Costa coffee shop x 2, 3 courtyard catering outlets offering fish & chips, ice cream & grab & go products, gardens cafe, 3 catering kiosks, mobile units, weddings, private and joiner parties, conferences, royal visits, trustee dinners, B & B guests, hotel guests, glamping, festivals, open air cinema, concerts and dine and sleep events.
All applicants must drive if they do not live local to the contract.
We run the Kitchen team with a team of 12 chefs and you have the support from a strong management team. . Ideally the person will have previous experience of working with Commercial , Events, Hotels and Contract Catering as you will be able to manage and multi task all functions happening all at once.
