Our client is a successful, growing independent, privately owned training and development specialist operating within branded restaurants, hotels and pubs. This role will focus on facilitating face to face workshops in all subjects in leadership, management and hospitality management and supervision, the programmes and workshops self-designed.
Companies who engage our client’s services, use the apprenticeship levy to develop internal talent and the successful candidate would be responsible for delivering workshops to high potential candidates (“next managers”, HoD’s Team Leaders or Assistant General Managers) two or three times a week in London and the South.
Our client is willing to assist you in understanding the apprenticeship levy, if you don’t already, and also qualify you in training stand-alone qualifications (7 Habits of Highly Effective People/ The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership). Key to them is a genuine passion and understand of the hospitality industry, and development of teams within business through creative design and dynamic, energetic delivery of engaging workshops.
