Operations Director- £75k to £85k plus excellent package

Are you a Seasoned Operator with a passion and drive for High level service that can be extended to the Contract Catering world and especially with the Independent school sector?

Looking for an Operations Director whom has overseen High level of Operations and service, within either Five star Hotels, B&I contracts or Premium leisure and Events venues, plus has had at least four Direct reports from Operations Managers within their patch.

You may have had experience as either Operations Director or Senior Operations Management and are looking to step up into an Operations Director Role.

As Operations Director you will have experience and the ability with an amazing food service level, have great rapport with both clients and your Team as well as passion to increase sales and always striving to improve on both service and the bottom line.

The role as Operations Director, will require it’s taker to be of a certain calibre and also have the full understanding this is role will need someone whom is willing and able to work to get the patch where it needs to be, having around 40 contracts of which some can be substantially challenging and will have their own demands and business needs.

Needing a strong leader, whom will inspire a dedicated team of 4 Operations Managers across the South West

As Operations Director you would be joining one of the markets leaders when it comes to the Independent school sector in the UK and whom have continued to strive for excellence at every turn, with a second to none by reputation and have some of the most prestigious Schools in their portfolio.

The ideal Operations Director will have the following knowledge/ experience;

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, within High profile Operations and Venues or within Contract Catering
  • Great understanding of the client’s needs and requirements
  • Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £12m and over
  • Strong knowledge of both hospitality and commercial business with good financial acumen

As Operations Director will receive a generous salary package of up to £85k, performance related bonus, Private Health insurance, life assurance and a Company Car and be joining a company with a fantastic reputation in its field of expertise.

Salary of £75,000 to £85,000 plus excellent package- OTE around £100k
