Operations Manager – Central London – £55k plus car/ car allowance
Are you a passionate and driven Operations Manager within the Contract Catering sector whom is self-sufficient and client focused and driven, you will have an ability to lead and multi task between 10/15 sites within the London area all within the Independent school sector.
Due to recent business growth within this Contract caterer whom are top of their game and leading industry providers within B&I and commercial contracts across the Uk and are looking for an Operations Manager whom has the strength and experience to really shine and to both retain and mobilise new business.
As an Experience Operations Manager you will know this role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 10/15 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements, as well as individual clients and catering teams.
The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering – ideally within Independent Education.
- Great understanding of the client’s needs and requirements on a day to day basis
- Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £3.5m+
- Strong knowledge of both hospitality, commercial and B&I services
-Have in depth knowledge of accounts and monthly reporting.
Be a good all-rounder with a can do attitude.
Think on their feet and be hands on if and when required.
A craft background is ideal but no essential.
