Our client is looking for an experienced pastry chef de partie to work with two pastry chefs on the pastry section within an overall team of 14 chefs. Working for this national contract catering company, you’ll enjoy working Monday to Friday straight day shifts 7am-3;30pm
Your role will include providing all pastry and baked items for the senior executives and their clients in and out of the operation. The majority of your time you will be focused on working in the hospitality kitchen that includes formal lunches, daily plated fine dining dinners and lunches, plus working on finger & fork buffets on a daily basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pastry chef to progress and show-case your culinary skills. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own menus. Ideally you will have previous experience working in contract catering, restaurants and hotels. For further details and to find out more ..
