Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a great hotel team. A stunning hotel in a very unique location in Dorset.
As Restaurant Manager you will run all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel and manage the team to ensure all areas run to the required standards. You will ensure you have the correct staffing levels, deal with guest queries and requests, monitor budgets and control labour costs. You will be positively engaged in training for both yourself and your team, contribute practical and creative ideas.
To succeed in this role you will have –
Previous experience working within a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level for at least one year.
A passion creating great team dynamic and someone who wants to develop their individual team members.
A candidate who has a great knowledge for food and beverage and loves the hospitality industry as much as the company does.
Excellent leadership skills who leads their team by example and is able to build good relationships with guests and team alike.
