Required of this role you will be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
As retail manager you will be able and experienced to take control and ownership of the Retail Operations, including customer service within the overall policies and controls established by the company and General Manager, ensuring that the brand values and standards are delivered, and budgeted profitability is achieved.
This renowned contract caterer based within this stunning venue require their Retail Manager to be on the ball and driving forward their part of the business taking ownership and control of the overall Brands they are representing, constantly challenging and ensure the offer is current and very much forward thinking.
As Retail Manager, you will have Proven working managerial experience for at least 2 years at high volume capacity events in a sporting venue
Strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and maintenance of a professional image at all times.
As Retail Manager have an ability to advise others in a specialist area of expertise
Good Commercial knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and effective cost control management
Ability to balance a structured approach, resilience, and problem-solving skills with the ability to flex and adapt as required
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
Have extremely High standards of food and beverage presentation and portion control/quality
Able to take the initiative: confident and able to motivate, influence and persuade others
Be an Inspirational leader, whilst being a team player and have an outstanding eye for detail.
