As Senior Conference and Events Manager, you will provide day-to-day catering management services. You will ensure the smooth planning and delivery of a first class catering product and service for conference, events and banqueting.
As Conference and Events Manager, you will keep abreast of market trends and competitor performance. Take ownership and responsibility for the conference and events operations as directed to include bars, back of house and storage areas. You will manage a team of four Conference and Event Managers.
If you have a conference and events background in operations within a large hotel, venue or stadium and would like to work within a great atmosphere and a very supportive team, this would be a great opportunity for you. The role is predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends working 40 hours per week based over five days out of seven.
