About the Role of Senior Operations Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Operations Manager to join a growing team and company. Predominantly overseeing over seeing site based hospitality operations and the Teams within this, four direct reports in the shape of operations/ Area managers.
As Senior operations manage you will be a leader with presence and confidence to drive the team in line within our company Mission Vision & Values, but above all with the right attitude within assisted living and catering as a whole.
As Senior Operations Manager you will be an all-rounder in operations, with a strong background within hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have good commercial awareness and can lead and inspire an established and growing team.
Senior Operations Manager is a senior leadership role reporting directly Operations Director and on site clients with overall responsibility for Food and Beverage operations at the highest of levels.
As a senior member of the team, you will have a visible and involved presence across the business, actively supporting teams driving quality improvement. You will be responsible for and support the Operations director in being involved in all financial, commercial, and operational planning, using your strong commercial awareness and the ability to work as a key decision-maker.
As Senior Operations Manager will have the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector is key for this role alongside a passion for the industry with a keen desire to improve the operation all of the sites within your patch.
You will have excellent organisation and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and be highly motivated with a drive to succeed to be the best.
Resident focused and food focus are paramount with a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of hospitality.
Communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and to create a rapport with residents.

Salary of £55,000 to £60,000 plus company car or allowance.
