The role of Senior Sales Manager:
Over the five sites, you will be supported by, a Sales Manager, Groups Executive and Social Events Manager.
Off-site support from the brands sales team for managing key accounts
Your focus is to develop and execute the company’s annual sales plan
Be 100% proactive with the support from the MD and Sales Team
Your focus is Venues, Events up sales, new unique business
Revenue is circa £5-£6M combined for the year for target segments- ideally to grow this to £15M over coming three years
The idea skills required of the Senior Sales Manager –
As Senior Sales Manager you will demonstrate a strong sales career- including Business and industry focus in contract Catering
You will be an up and coming Senior Sales Manager now or Business Development Manager of Venues/Events
You will have your own client base and be able to demonstrate how you have achieved KPI’s and how you have managed your accounts
Ideally, you will have Venue and Events Or Contract Catering B&I experience and within ideally an environment where you are championing the company’s point of view with Sales, within Venues and events Management
