Our client is currently looking for a sous chef within one of the most prestigious and brand new buildings run by a national contract catering company, based 5 minutes walk from London Victoria.
This role of sous chef is mainly working Monday to Friday straight shifts, maybe one in four weekends . Two shifts available for the sous chef 7am-3pm or 1pm 9pm. Our client is a very well respected and recognised contract catering company. They are passionate about what they do and have a reputation for investing in their people.
The sous chef will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm.
Running the staff restaurant using fresh locally sourced ingredients. and also helping out and earning overtime with banqueting events within a team of 10 chefs .
