Our client is currently looking for a Sous Chef to work in the fine dining for the banqueting kitchen within a prestigious place to work close by to Green Park.
This role has the luxury of working Monday to Friday with the opportunity for overtime outside of this and the occasional weekends is a requirement.
As the Sous Chef you will be working under the head chef in an overall team of 4 chefs providing the fine dining for the banqueting to a very high standard on a daily basis. For this role, the Sous Chef will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm.
Previous Sous Chef level experience is required and will suit somebody looking for a new challenge.
Basic Salary of £38k
Overtime is available after 40 hours
