Candice’s hospitality journey began managing fine-dining hotel restaurants in South Africa and later she moved into group reservations and events, managing large corporate incentive groups in top 5 star hotels.

In 2009 Candice had the opportunity to apply her rounded knowledge of the industry into a recruitment role and so started a successful career recruiting permanent management personnel for hotels, focusing on the luxury sector and restaurants.

Candice has recruited in various sectors in the UK since 2016, and has recently re-joined Cartwheel having relocated to Scotland, where she is excited to develop Cartwheel’s relationships further within hotels, contract-catering and hospitality to recruit management to senior executives.
