After graduating from Lancaster University Katy started her career in customer relations with Capital One; one of Nottingham’s largest employers. Moving through the ranks from associate to supervisor and then on to line manager, Katy spent a fulfilling and rewarding twelve years with the company which saw her lead projects both here in the UK and Internationally.
Katy found the perfect opportunity to transfer her skills and take on her next career move when she joined Cartwheel Recruitment. Based in Nottingham, Katy provides support to the entire client services team across all of Cartwheel’s offices; which involves sourcing candidates at all levels and for all disciplines utilising database searching and headhunting. Katy takes the lead in managing the company’s online web job boards, candidate referencing and general client services due diligence.
Katy is also responsible for all of the company’s invoicing, credit control and accounts administration and acts as the central contact for such matters.
