Ryan started his career within the hospitality industry in 2012 working for one of Sydney’s most prestigious and renowned event agencies. Here he progressed quickly from a bar tender to one of three event managers, organising all aspects of each event from catering to front of house.
Upon returning to the UK, Ryan began developing his management career, which saw him gain experience in high volume, cocktail led venues, to being involved in the opening of a premium restaurant, bar and entertainment venue in Essex. Ryan’s latter move took him to central London where he worked for Novus Leisure in the City.
Ryan has a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a great love of people. As a self-confessed foodie, Ryan has transferred his operational skills and enthusiasm into recruitment, where he will be able to support and influence, primarily our Chef candidates, seeking their next career move.
